Recently, the 2020 World Airport Awards took place to honor those airports that go above and beyond all the rest. Though one took home the prize of World's Best Airport, there were a handful of others nipping at their heels.

The airport opened in 2014 and has been growing ever since. It is themed after an oasis, with many buildings featuring a water motif.

The main international airport of the Netherlands, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is busy in terms of both passengers and aircraft movement. There's never a dull moment at this airport.
10. Kansai International Airport
Rounding out the top 10, we have Kansai International Airport. They're perhaps best known for their award-winning staff. Seriously, people rave about the individuals who work for this airline.
